Throughout my life, the most impactful changes I've made for my feminine health have started with a very informal conversation and many times outside of a traditional clinical setting. Having the opportunity to talk about birth control with friends over lunch or build community online with other folks navigating PMDD has not only made me feel more normal but more empowered in my health journey.
So the question becomes: How can we create spaces where women can build community to ensure better health outcomes? I present to you my seed project, LunaWell. The first of it’s kinda, LunaWell will provide third-space healthcare centered upon comfort, health literacy, access, and equity.
Through both an online and brick-and mortar storefront, LunaWell will offer the needed evidence-based support and range of product selection all women are owed, at every stage and every age.
